On tap at Bar Volo, pours a deep dark mahogany with a medium beige head. Aroma of toasted malt, English malt, and toasted nuts. Flavour brings out bready English malt, toasted nuts and roast. Very easy drinking and mild, yet fairly flavourful. Great stuff. DandyLion (518) - Leicester, Leicestershire, ENGLAND - MAR 12, 2014
On tap at barVolo, Toronto. American mild on cask! Malty aroma. Dark mild colour- dark reddish brown. Malty taste. I liked it but it's not quite there as a mild- a little too malty. Good effort though!

Draught at Volo. Pours a murky brown, itís the last pint of the keg, with an average size long-lasting frothy beige head. Minimal lacing. Aroma of toasted malt, a hint of smoke and ash, light hops and some cocoa. Flavour of toasted malt, coffee, a bit of chocolate and dark fruit. Average to medium bodied. A really good Mild. sudomorph (1150) - Barrie, Ontario, CANADA - MAY 31, 2013

Wild is a good name for it. Itís a clear reddish brown with some head. Very potent coffee in this one, backed up by some rich sweet caramel malt. Drinkable, quality.

June 24, 2011 - House Ales Launch event at Volo: gravity cask. Mostly opaque reddish-brown with a smallish lasting frothy tan head. Interesting aroma, cola, coffee, cereal grain, oak and vanilla. Tastes a bit sweet, the vanilla has a vanilla extract sharpness to it - like bread dough somehow. Slick, weak carbonation even for cask, finishes quickly and sweet ..... interesting, but there are several much better House milds, no need to revisit this one - in my opinion. Although it was near the end of a long day, it MIGHT have been palate fatigue on my part. JoeMcPhee (9426) - Toronto, ON, Ontario, CANADA - JAN 29, 2012
Deep brown pour with a tight off-white head. The aroma has a bit of light toasted graininess along with a bit of cola-like herbaceousness. A little bit of spice and a nice soft sweetness. Low esters along with some light graininess. A little bit of hoppiness, but itís just there as a woody backnote. Clean and very quaffable. Sammy (12091) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - JUN 26, 2011
Not a bad mild, though mostly chocolate malts. Black with no head at all. Chocolate aroma. Grapefruit, smoke and chocolateflavours, grapey in finish. Watery somewhat cask that survived Day One of House Ales Presents at Volo. Grows on me, drinkable. Spab (3769) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - JUN 19, 2011
On cask at Volo. Pours a virtually black colour with a good-sized tan head. Aroma is moderately roasty with some cocoa. Flavour has lightish roast, with a somewhat fruity sort of cola-ish cocoa. Lingering cocoa/coffee bitterness. Pleasant. Radek Kliber (7316) - Toronto (Can) Krotoszyn (Pol), POLAND - APR 13, 2011
Cask at Volo
Aroma brown malts , some roast of barley , coffee with hop freshness on top.
Appearance light head , brownish in shade. Brownish base to it. Presentable.
Flavor and Palate : Medium light bodied ale. Citrus paired with darker malt all wrapped by smooth impressions. Light roast on top. Quiet refreshing easy going in character. Neat offering.
