From notes At Bar Volo. Slightly hazy golden amber ccolours itch a small foamy head. Aromas of yeast, some biscuity malts and nuanced herbal bitter. Flavours of sweet malts, floral bitter and notes wood. Very very good.

Hazy light amber color, small head. The aroma is a bit musky and very lightly fruity. Smooth mouthfeel; light malt flavor, some cream, light fruitiness.
A bit strange, but nice.
UPDATED: OCT 29, 2012 October 26, 2012 - draught at Volo. The description I was given was "Barrel-aged Belgian Pale Ale." Slightly hazy somewhat oily-looking light gold with a very small frothy white head. Smells great - classic mild Belgian golden ale aroma (yeast, lightly fruity malt, some alcohol) with a cidery tartness, a little floral/herbal (8-). Taste - there’s some light buttery (in a good way) oak - wine barrel? - soft wood tannin bitterness, again light floral/fruity golden ale, Belgian yeast sharpness, not much alcohol, seemed stronger in the aroma (7-). Mouthfeel is thick, slick and still, finishes quickly - needs more sourness or more malt, or perhaps a touch less barrel. Very nice for all that. A tribute to Ontario goosberries, that yield a dry white wine yet tasting like a red. Great with food. Great spicy nose. Well balanced, berry skins and a little funk.

Draught at Volo for Funk Night, Sept.20. Pours a cloudy yellow-gold with a spare diminishing white head. Aroma is nice and funky, bretty and fruity. Flavour is easy to drink, lightly funky and fruity. Average bodied. Pretty good, like a mild funky beer. jercraigs (11071) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - OCT 7, 2012
2012-09-20. Hazy pastel yellow, no head. 3+ Interesting fruity character, sort of plum meets berries, very lightly sour, sweetish wheat notes, similar aroma. Sourness grows lightly as you go. Enjoyable, relatively mild but pleasant. Very smooth average bodied palate. Volo Funk Night, Toronto solidfunk (9729) - Washington D.C., Washington DC, USA - OCT 4, 2012
This is a very nice beer. Pours golden clear with great lacing. Smells like berries and wheat, white yeast. Really comes together on the senses. Palate is prett complex, starting out soft and fruity and ending bitter. Well blended. The taste has soft hefe kind of german feel on tongue with a nice bitter finish- something from the oak of the barrels there. Great.
