[4333-20120316] Tap. Light fruity malt aroma has a light orange citrus hint. Slightly hazy, dark orange amber body with a long-lasting foamy off-white head. Bitter orange citrus base flavour has a nice fruitiness throughout. Medium body is a little bitter. Tasty, repeatable. (7/3/7/3/14) 3.4

Draught at Volo - March 16, 2012. Slightly hazy red-orange-amber body with very little head. Aroma is fruity and resinous, with pine, a bit of cat pee, and a suggestion of juniper. Flavour follows the aroma pretty much to a T. Well, except for the cat pee, ’cause that would be gross. Basically a very nice hop-forward IPA with a subtle juniper twist.

Draught at Volo. March 16. Pours a slightly murky orange-amber with a small mostly-lasting frothy white head. Aroma of caramel malt, lots of fruit (juniper berries and more), a good amount of hops, some grain and a hint of butteryness. Nice fruity flavour along with caramel malt and hops. Decent bitter finish. Average to medium bodied. Good stuff, I enjoyed it.

Aroma fresh character, juniper berries jump out on top of aromas plain. Finishing with dry hop character, crisp and clean. 7+
Appearance hazed, dark amber with brown elements. Neat light white cap sitting on top. 4-
Flavor and Palate : medium bodied with fuller walls. Mild softer in character than dry nose suggested, Chewy palate , lightly carbonated. Nutty , leafy follow up. Pleasant satisfying bitter, unique in its way ale.

Forte présence des baies juniper pour accompagner la muraille d’agrumes et de pins. Le support malté est sans equivoque mais reste quand même un spectateur. Belle buvabilité.

Tastes decent, goes down surprisingly easy for an IPA while still retaining bitterness. Some hops smells and extra character, florals and a little fruit. Word. On tap at volos.

Deep amber pour with a tight tan head. The aroma has a significant amount of light juniper and some soft fruity esters along with some light caramel and soft citrus. A little bit of light bitterness but a lot of citrusy hop flavour. A touch earthy with respect to hoppiness. Good stuff.
