new brewer learning the ropes. low on the CO2, with time I hope they improve on this one.
Didn’t get the hoppiness I wanted. Just make a pale ipa with dextrose for a west coaster. drpimento (3634) - La Crosse, Wisconsin, USA - JUN 29, 2012
Served a bit cold with a smallish, foamy, cream-colored head and a little lace. Color is a clear amber red with a few bubble trails. Aroma is a mild malt, hop, fruit. Flavor is like nose, little sweet, good malt flavor. Body n carbonation are good. Finish is like flavor, short in length, clean and easy. Drink it forever. esjaygee (3904) - Oak Creek, Wisconsin, USA - JUN 9, 2012
On tap at The Malt House. Deep amber with a thin off-white head. Aroma is on the hoppy side with citrus, grapefruit and some caramel in the background. Body is kinda thin and light with mild floral and citrus hops, sweet malt and light bitterness. Not a whole lot here.
