Appearance - amber going into chestnut. Nice creamy head.
Nose - quite mute slightly creamy with a hint of toffee.
Taste - toffee and biscuits with cream.
Palate - medium bodied with a creamy texture and a fairly fresh finish.

Cask by handpump at West Kirk, Ayr - clear dark red brown, large creamy head, mild grassy and sweet malty aroma, toffee, grassy, vanilla notes, smooth and creamy, nice JohnRMurdoch (4999) - Glasgow, SCOTLAND - DEC 16, 2012
Cask @ The West Kirk JDW. Rich dark brown colour, big head. Mild grassy malt aroma. Toffee malt flavour. Quite smooth & creamy. Slightly bitter vanilla aftertaste. Nice one.
