Tasting at Tokyo Midtown. Pours red, caramelly look, not very carbonated and not much foam. Caramel malt nose, light rowan berries, hint of sweetness and a bit of grassy hops. Cask gravity at the 2016 Twickenham Beer Festival, rich brown with a thin head, sweetish malty and faintly floral nose, body is lightly caramel and fruity malt, dryish bitterness, and a distant note of ginger.

Clear medium orange amber color with a small to average, frothy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, fruity, caramel, earthy. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, fruity, earthy. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft to flat.
