Hazy dark amber color. A spicy and soapy Ale, with some caramel, some residual sweetness, and a good body. Not my kind, mostly because of the soapy touch.

Hazy amber color. Light aroma of caramel and candies, light peach. Sweetish flavor, a bit fruity, with light vegetables and spices; low bitterness. Not impressive.
Pours dark amber. Aroma and flavour is cinnamon and nutmeg, and various other spices. Not bad. Oakes (19434) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - DEC 10, 2006
On tap at the brewery. Golden-brown colour. Malty nose (brown sugar) with light spiciness and a hint of fruit. Very spicy palate (cinnamon) with light brown sugar maltiness and hints of fruit. The finish has a splash of alcohol and again more of that subtle, hard-to-place fruit. Ferris (17153) - Burnaby, British Columbia, CANADA - JAN 8, 2014
Draft - Dark malts with winter spices. Clear amber with a decent brown. Pumpkin spices and dark malts, much too much spice. jercraigs (11095) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - AUG 15, 2009
2008-08-07. Dark amber body with a modest beige head. (3+) Aroma is fruity, raisins? Light spice. (6+) Flavour is similar, fruity, modest malt with a dry finish. Average palate is okay but feels thin for the beer. Alcohol is not particularly noticeable. Okay, bit mild overall. Probably has slightly more oomph to it closer to the brewing date - I assume this is from this past winter. Would try again. Bottle, Shared at Derek’s
