Bottle: Poured a dark golden color ale with a large foamy white head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma consists of banana bread with bubblegum notes. Taste is also dominated by banana bread with bubblegum notes and some residual sugar notes. Body is quite full with good carbonation and no apparent alcohol. Solid offering with great refreshing factor with enough complexity and no apparent alcohol. kevinsenn (2328) - Waterloo, Ontario, CANADA - JUN 17, 2013
Bottle from LCBO. Pours cloudy amber with a big white frothy head. Aroma of banana, vanilla, and pleasant spice. Great full hefeweizen taste (moreso than many hefeweizens) but with a little too much alcohol in it. Dry finish. TylerJonScott (70) - Ontario, CANADA - JUN 15, 2013
Pours a amber colour with a medium size white head with some lacing. Aromas of banana, clove and more banana. Strong banana front with a dry finish. Medium carbonation and smooth mouth feel. Alcohol works. shaynsawchuk (713) - Mississauga, Ontario, CANADA - JUN 15, 2013
1000 mL bottle. (Gosh thats big). Pours golden with a thin white head. Aromas of banana, cloves, orange peel and yeasty spice. Fairly sweet and medium to full body with moderate carbonation. good hop bitterness and booze on the finish. Interesting. jbrewsbeer (17) - Guelph, ON, Ontario, CANADA - JUN 12, 2013
Banana heavy, especially in flavour. Bit of clove spiciness, more banana. Some lacing on the glass, persistent thin white head. Deeply golden in colour. Good level of dryness for a higher ABV beer. Love the bottle - will save it for homebrew.

Pours deep orange, minimal head. Smells of heavy banana and light clove. Tastes of strong banana and mild sort finish. probstblueribbon (3791) - Nepean, Ontario, CANADA - JUN 7, 2013
1 L bottle from LCBO, shard with family, cool. Milky amber with a decent of white head. Decent fresh banana, a touch metallic, fair yeast and dough, wheat, light toasted grains, no alcohol to speak of...dangerous. Medium plus body, full, fine effervescence. Strong banana, wheat, toasted cereals, yeast notes, no clove to speak of, a touch of bright fruitiness, no alcohol, nice; almost dry with minimal bitterness and a long banana and light toast finish. Quite good and dangerously drinkable for the abv. TheJester (2543) - Cavan Monaghan, Ontario, CANADA - JUN 6, 2013
One litre bottle. I don’t know why. Orange with a thick white head. Lots of the typical hefe aromas, especially bubblegum. The flavour is fairly typical, except for the presence of booze. This adds depth, body and some bitterness. Nice balance of yeast, wheat and booze. Good beer. solidfunk (9797) - Washington D.C., Washington DC, USA - MAY 13, 2013
UPDATED: JUN 17, 2013 Nice soft carbonation. Pours cloudy orange with great lacing, some head. Good for a hefeweizen but needs some work for a weizenbock. Aroma of banana, clove and some spice like thyme or something similar. Finishes sweet and sour with good balance. Some tang in finish as well. Tap at St. Augustine’s. Pours a clear golden amber color color with a fluffy white head that dissipates quickly. Aroma of banana, clove, bubblegum and a nice alcohol burn. Taste is a good balance of cloves and bananas, Wheat and a nice balanced alcohol warmth. Excellent imperial hefe.
