19 sept 2014, bottle. Orange, clear, steady bubbles nose is big pumpkin our spice but not too sweet. Med body and mildly fizzy. A tad spicy, pumpkin pie spices, maybe clove is most noticeable but not too much. Decent. ljthiessen (1507) - Winnipeg, Manitoba, CANADA - SEP 14, 2014
Bottle. Pretty standard pumpkin ale, some nice pumpkin spice, medium-full body. It's no Pumking, but a pretty good pumpkin beer. shadey (2171) - Nashville, Tennessee, USA - SEP 13, 2014
Large flip-top bottle. Pours a bright orange red with a pillowy head of tight white bubbles that quickly diminishes to a thin layer. Aroma is creamy and well spiced. The complex scents don’t compete with one another, they are cohesive. Gentle carbonation brings the flavors onto the tongue. Lots of complex spice and lightly roasted pumpkin. Some toast and bready notes as well. Very drinkable considering the high alcohol level. Well done. markas101 (2529) - Ann Arbor, Michigan, USA - SEP 11, 2014
75 cl bottle, Calgary, AB, Canada via coop. Hazy apricot colour. Butterscotch sweet aroma, some clove and fennel. Sweet, though balanced, alcohol helping to flatten the seasonal flavours. Long spice hop finish.

Tap at the Jeffrey. Pours orange with no head. Nose is rich pumpkin pie filling and spice. Tastes of plenty of pumpkin, nutmeg, cinnamon, touch of earth, and malt. Almost some fruity koolaid on finish. Semi-sweet and a fulfilling pumpkin ale. dslam (104) - surrey, British Columbia, CANADA - SEP 6, 2014
Pint purchased at the brewery. Dark orangey brown with minimal white head. Hint of pumpkin and cinnamon I think. Nice and chill on the first sip the bitterness followed by flavors of cinnamon and something I can’t put my finger on, although it is interesting. It doesn’t have too much of a palate, but I do feel the cinnamon when it goes down the throat. RCx240 (203) - Calgary, Alberta, CANADA - SEP 5, 2014
UPDATED: SEP 20, 2015 Slightly hazy, coppery amber with frothy off white head. Low retention, some lacing. Aroma of fresh pumpkin and cinnamon. Taste is pumpkin forward, a touch of cinnamon, and underlying earthy and nutty flavours. Flat carbonation, with a thick, oily texture and full body. Long, lingering, almost film-like pumpkin finish. More or less an amped up version of your standard pumpkin beer. ABUSEDGOAT (2901) - California, USA - AUG 22, 2014
Reddish amber color, moderate head, decent lace/retention. Aroma is pumpkin, cinnamon, clove, caramel, bread. Not getting any of the licorice type flavors from the anise. Medium bodied, pretty straightforward but good. Oakes (19416) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - APR 19, 2014
Hazy orangey colour. Lots of pumpkin in the aroma and a little bit of nutmeg...pretty appetizing. Sweet, lots of pumpkin, with a hint of cinnamon, a fairly strong, sweet, malt character and some gingerbready character. Almost a bit chocolatey character, Good balance.
