Interesting and tasty beer. Hazy golden-orange hue. Hops have a real richness to them. Not overly aromatic, but they’re full of zingy flavors. Lots of grass, earthy herbs and citrus (zest/peel). Malt flavors have a delicate complexity. Bread crust and dark-grain crackers. Big alcohol is hidden well. Bitterness is on the mild side. Toffee-like sweetness is mild to moderate. Balanced overall.

Understated bitterness, less strictly than the style still very enjoyable. Worth a try. Hoppy aromas. Copper to mahogoney body, tiny head, yet with a lace sheet. Orange simcoe flavours, a little fruity, a little boozy, average mouthfeel. Bottle enjoyed with Mike Tessier et femme and Presario

Bottle. Pours copper/light orange. Sizable head, dissipates but remains. Aromas of grass, caramel, pine, resin and citrus hops. Taste is pretty bitter. Not overpowering like I was hoping it to be. Malty body, actually really well balanced. Another above average beer from this brewery.

UPDATED: JUL 11, 2011 Rien à dire de négatif. Plus amer que malté. Assez rond en bouche. Bon...J’ai rien à dire de plus, c’est hoppy!

I found this beer quite enjoyable. The pour is a coppery orange with a finger of nice white-beige head. The aroma is fairly hop forward with floral and grass notes, citrus and pine. Fairly malty middle with a sweet caramel and resinous hops taste. The finish is resinous with an overbearing citrus dry hop. Not a bad IIPA, but not the best.

Bottle at Papsø. Courtesy of fiulijn. Glowing ruby, creamy head. Flowery hops in the aroma. Sweet malt giving way to an eclipse. Spearmint, euchaluptus.

Botlled. A dark amber beer with a lazing light tan head. The aroma has notes caramel, malt, and bread. The flavor is sweet with caramel, malt, bread, and a bit of metal, leading to a dry finish. Thanks fiulijn for sharing.

Bottle 100 cl. Courtesy of fiulijn. Pours an almost clear amber with a creamy and lacing off-white head. A little sweet caramel in the nose with some spicy hops. Medium body, fairly high sweetness, caramellish with a little citrusy hops leaving a good hop bite. Decent if not exactly thrilling. 080411
