Pours a clear amber with a thin head. Aroma is sharp west coast hops with little identifiable malt. Taste is all hops with very little malt to report...leaves a puckering bitterness on the tongue but not one that is very complex. It’s average, not exceptional Christpuncher (3135) - Chicago, Illinois, USA - SEP 11, 2016
Super dank aroma. Flavor is dank, hoppy and somewhat citrus. Slightly bitter finish. Had a draft in Vancouver at Malones

Rating #784 - Nov 26, 2013 - 1L swingtop from Coop.. Clear golden pour with a bubbly white foam, spotty lacing. Citrusy sweet, mild floral hops on the nose.. Mouthfeel crisp, mild alcohol warmth, low-medium carbonation. Taste is sweet orangey lemony notes with the spicy tang and hoppy bite lingers into the finish. I need you now tonight.

Thin white head of fine bubbles with very good carbonation. Sweet and fruity aroma with some sweet tarts, light dusty grains, cardboard and a bit of roasted malt. Color is a hazy orangish brown. Roasted grains, tea leaves, dried flowers, harsh bitterness and some pasty malts. Mild alcohol presence and warming. Lingering dry bitterness and pastyness. On ok IPA. Notes: cloudy rusty amber with a reasonable pale head that leaves behind a slight lacing. Aroma is northwest hops, fresh cut grass, touch of pine and a hint of caramel, good overall floral note. Good body, reasonable balance between malt and hoppy bitterness - the hops are not an overwhelming sock in the mouth with pine and spruce, whilst still being noticeable and finishing with a crisp bitterness. Taste is quince, grapefruit, caramel, malt and pine. One of the best IIPA’s I have tried. piscator34 (2539) - Winnipeg, Manitoba, CANADA - NOV 28, 2013
Draft sample at Barley Bros. Hazy orange in colour with medium carbonation. Aromas of orange, white grapefruit, dried leaves, and caramel syrup. Dank C-hops and pine upfront followed by a pale and caramel malt base. Finishes with an odd heavy + leafy bitterness paired with a heavy sweet malt note that doesn’t quite balance out. patricks110 (2502) - Alberta, CANADA - APR 16, 2011
I found this beer quite enjoyable. The pour is a coppery orange with a finger of nice white-beige head. The aroma is fairly hop forward with floral and grass notes, citrus and pine. Fairly malty middle with a sweet caramel and resinous hops taste. The finish is resinous with an overbearing citrus dry hop. Not a bad IIPA, but not the best. markas101 (2466) - Ann Arbor, Michigan, USA - FEB 15, 2014
Giant lfip top bottle, Calgary, AB, Canada vie Coop. Hazy auburn colour. Off white head. Resin-passionfruit aroma. Full body. Bright hop finish.
