Tap, Barley Brothers, Winnipeg, MB, Canada. Pale gold, slight haze. Citrus resin aroma. Medium body, more citrus and sharp lime finish. gramity (1675) - Edmonton, Alberta, CANADA - JUL 27, 2015
Clear yellow, thin white head. Bready aroma with citrus fruit. Dry bready taste, with citrus, and a grainy bitter aftertaste. Light body. piscator34 (2577) - Winnipeg, Manitoba, CANADA - JUL 1, 2015
Bottle. Gold in colour with a bit of haze and medium carbonation. Aromas are of pine, nettles, soft caramel, white grapefruit peel, and a bit of booze. Flavors are old school pine resin, caramel malt, and pale malt, with some mild citrus and husky grain on the back end. Medium bodied with a decent bitterness level, but coupled with an unpleasant grainy astringency. GraffitiVandal (150) - Manitoba, CANADA - JUN 24, 2015
ENG: 1L bottle from Liquor Mart in Winnipeg, poured into the tulip. Slightly opalescent, orange color with medium but dissipating tan head and nice lacing. Aromas of piney and grapefruit hops, but strongly diacethylic (lot of butter-like notes). Tastes resiny, citrusy (mostly grapefruit). Some slight caramel notes. Nice bitter aftertaste. Medium carbonation, medium body. Overall nicely refreshing, but not too complex. Diacethyl - butter aromas are a bit too distinct. Very pleasant bitter though.

PL: Butelka 1L kupiona w Liquor Mart w Winnipeg, przelana do tulipa. Barwa pomarańczowa, nieco opalizująca, piana jasna, średnia i opadająca, ładny lejsing. Aromaty żywiczne i grejpfrutowe, ale niestety dość mocno wyczuwalny diacetyl (masło). W smaku żywiczne, cytrusowe (ale nadal jednak głównie grejpfrut). Nieco nut karmelowych. Przyjemnie goryczkowy posmak. Średnie nasycenie, średnie odczucie w ustach. Podsumowując przyjemnie orzeźwiające, niezbyt rozbudowana paleta smaków. Szkoda że aromaty są tak intensywnie maślane. Bardzo fajna goryczka.
1L bottle from the lcbo. hazy amber Pour with a big white head. A well balanced ipa, a nice soft, semi sweet bready malts, with a good dose of citrusy, resinous hops. Pretty straight forward but still good. Medium bitterness, green hop, and citrus finish. CRock (259) - Ontario, CANADA - JUN 13, 2015
1 liter from the LCBO. That was a lot of IPA for one night. Decent beer but nothing I’ll salivate over. Metalchopz (3447) - Cantley, Quebec, CANADA - MAY 13, 2015
Goes under the name "Hopraiser" in a big 1L bottle with swingtop. Pours a hazy golden-amber colour with frothy white cap, great retention and some nice lacing. Fresh, but milder than normal aromas of pine, grass and light malt. The taste is also milder, but goes up in strength in the finish with some nice bitterness from the grassy hop. Notes of grapefruit zest, but all well-balanced. An easy-drinking, middle-of-the-road IPA. Good for such a big bottle. Johnsense (1711) - - MAY 9, 2015
Decent enough IPA. Hazy dark gold pour, good sized head. Bitter, pine, leaves in the aroma and taste. Slightly chewy. Medium body. Nothing bad but not a standout. Here’s hoping howe sound installs a canning line one day. cfrancis (3511) - Ottawa, Ontario, CANADA - MAY 6, 2015
Pours cloudy bright gold with a foamy white top. Aroma is pine hop flavours with sweet malts. Taste is a nice pine bitterness bite that is lessened with the sweet malts. Solid IPA but I’m pretty bored of these 1L bottles.
