Possibly one of the best beers I’ve tasted in a long while. Fresh from the tank this is a masterpiece. Strong coffee and vanilla aroma with a lovely chocolate taste and sweetness to offset the bitterness. Wonderful. anders37 (27892) - Malmö, SWEDEN - AUG 2, 2017
Draft @ LCBF 2016. Pours a black color with a small tan head. Has a roasted malty chocolate toffee vanilla aroma. Roasted malty chocolate caramel toffee flavor with hints of vanilla. Has a roasted malty coffee toffee chocolate finish. LazyPyro (1911) - Gloucestershire, ENGLAND - JUL 29, 2017
330ml bottle. Pours very dark brown with a small tan head. Aroma: mostly chocolate and coffee, more vanilla coming through as it warms up. Taste: exactly what it says in the name to be honest... chocolate, coffee, toffee, vanilla, sugar, tons of lactose making it incredibly milky smooth, pretty sweet tasting but enough coffee/roasted malt bitterness to balance that out. Medium-full body, soft carbonation. Delicious. SirLimpsalot (4797) - SWEDEN - JUN 9, 2017

Pours dark mahogany red-brown color with a very small off-white head. Evident coffee on the nose, caramel, roasted malt notes, faint toffee, dark chocolate, mild hops too. Flavor isn’t as sweet as one might expect, more dry roasty and malty, cocoa, super creamy mouth feel, mild coffee bitterness, slightly oaty and bready. Full-bodied, creamy, finishes dry and bitter. Quite nice.
Bottle from Hopwater Cellar, Newcastle under Lyme. Pours black brown with a tan head. Tons of coffee, far too much, no sign of toffee, chocolate, vanilla etc. Some sweetness from the choc I suppose. Will help if you like strong cold coffee. john44 (3510) - SW London, Greater London, ENGLAND - MAR 23, 2017
Cask Half Pint at London Drinker BF 2017 - Black in colour. Good tan head. Coffee and chocolate aromas. Roast malts, lots of dark chocolate and coffee, toffee, vanilla. Some dark fruits. Bit spicy. Sweet-bitter roast chocolate and coffee malty. Rich with great depth of flavours. Lovely Porter. (2017-03) Smithld1 (379) - Greater London, ENGLAND - MAR 9, 2017
Two thirds in arbitrager. Very nice. As described in the name heavy chocolate and toffee. A beautiful drop. Might be the nicest I’ve had from these guys. madmitch76 (26847) - , Essex, ENGLAND - JAN 29, 2017

Almost opaque dark brown beer, good pale tan head. Palate is airy and semi dry, decent carbonation. One of those beers that really does what it says on the tin. Lots of dark chocolate, coffee and vanilla. Toffee is there but underneath all the other flavours. Trace of tangy fruits. Light dry finish leaves a coffee and vanilla linger. Nice fun porter, pretty tasty.
