Aroma is moderate malty, moderate hoppy, light orange - citrus, moderate to light heavy yeasty. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average to long duration, yeasty, caramel, dried fruit, spicy yeast, light alcoholic. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Taste is mostly sweet with a slightly acidic finish. Notes of raisins, dates and caramel. Mouthfeel is medium with soft carbonation. Overall, good. Taste is toffee, banana, dark ripe fruit, fig, date, candy sugar, raisin and sultanas, touch of sourness on finish, which I suspect if the house yeast character, having had a couple of beers in the Cock. Tap @ Cock Tavern, 20/08/13. Pours a dirty dark reddish orange with a decent, off-white head. Aroma is fruity and yeasty. Taste is malty with Belgian fruits, a lot of dark fruits. Cock Tavern. Tank! Hazy deep amber beer with a little pale cream coloured head. Smooth palate. Creamy sweet malt. Good dried fruits and sweet candy fruits. Mild peppery spice. A smooth sweet fruity finish. Good Belgian!
