Cock Tavern. Keg. Hazy gold beer, tidy white head. Palate is light and crispy, semi dry. Minerals. Bready pale malts with a hint of lager character. Hops are European in style if not origin. Herb and spice but bolder than most European hops. Finishes smooth with the malt turning slightly creamy. Bitter grapefruit in the aftertaste. All right.

Keg at the Cock Tavern, London. Pours lightly fuzzy gold with a fine, white cream head. Light doughy malt nose with hints of lemon. Light sweet flavor with some tangy citrus, very light bitter grass, faint honey, faint dirt. Light bodied with average carbonation. Clean finish with mild, grassy bitterness, light dough. A very OK beer.
