UPDATED: MAR 23, 2009 On my 1st visit to Bolivia, I had this after a dinner and a lot of drinks, so I found it really refreshing and nice. On my 2nd visit I asked for one, and I realized it was refreshing because it was really really light and watery. It was hard to find malt and hops. An average, but not bad, commercial lager. Bottle, a clear gold with a frothy white head. A sweetish hop aroma with some fruit. A light and clean palate, but a little too sweet to taste for me. A good bitter hop finish. almosi (282) - Viña del Mar, CHILE - MAY 7, 2007
Has a pale yellow color. An abundant, white foam and a very good cord. The aroma hoppy is very slight. In the palate it is strong, you feel the flavor. The sweet and bitter are present in a good equation. Probably have an finish rather tart. The body also is weak, which makes it rather liquid. In general it is good. ( the hops that remain in the palate). drpimento (3634) - La Crosse, Wisconsin, USA - APR 6, 2007
This is from a bottle I brought back from La Paz a while ago and it’s settling out. Thils rating is a consensus of Paul, John, and myself. Very Pale yellow. Slightly bitter, not bad. corn. Nothing foul. dull. could do worse, I suppose. faroeviking (10913) - FAROE ISLANDS - NOV 14, 2006
Bottle, Yellowish colour. some malty and grainy aroma. An average tasting pilsnener style, malty and hoppy with an average starnge roast to it. Short aftertaste.

Bottle. Skunky and crappy pale lager. Aroma of dishwater, some beef. If it’s smoke, quite unpleasant smoke. jbrus (4990) - Delft, NETHERLANDS - APR 10, 2005
Bottled. Aroma is grain, skunky hop and lemon in the back. Pale yellow color, white head, few lace. Smoke? Do I taste smoke? Maybe just a little. Grain and bad hops of course. Thin. jerohen (2296) - Bussum, NETHERLANDS - APR 10, 2005
Dutch Ratebeer meeting.Very light yellow coloured. God this smells odd, what did they torture these hops with? Very watery, some bitterness. I don’t like it. bierkoning (13352) - La Tropica/Doarp, NETHERLANDS - APR 10, 2005
Sweetish, grainy, very pale. Fainly smoky flavor, like Bamberg rauch, but then totally wrong. Faintly citric. Interesting failure. skortila (5873) - Baarn, NETHERLANDS - APR 9, 2005
Citrussy and light joppy aroma. Pale yellow coloured with a thin, white head. Taste is a little smoked, meaty, some hops and citrus. Watery body. Much like a rauchbier, but in the wrong way.
