A simplified malt bill leaves this beer light in color and allows the hops to shine. A variety of American hops are used to give Paradise Ale its character of grapefruit, orange and mango. Pour a glass and send yourself to paradise!

Simple malt profile really brings forth the hops. Nice light citrus fruitiness. Hops on the noise alcohol thru the finish.

Lightly hazed light amber with a thin off-white crown that makes some flare lacing. Aroma of citrus, caramel, light brad and a touch of floral hops. Gritty and vegetal theres some mild citrus, pale malt, floral hops and low to moderate bitterness on the finish. Kinda boring, yeah the sampler six pack is over!

12oz bottle from Johns Grocery in Iowa City, IA. Pours a lightly hazed, orange-copper colored body with a finger-width, dense and frothy, off-white head that dissipates slowly and leaves a nice lacing. Aroma is grapefruit and lemon florals with some grass. A light pale malt sweetness with a hint of caramel and some tropical fruits as well. Flavor is sweet citrus and grass up front with lots of florals. Some resins with a bit of a perfumey grapefruit and lemon. Grass grows a tad into the finish where this is dry, citrusy, and has a light malt sweetness. Lengthy aftertaste following a light body and a moderate carbonation. Overall, a decent IPA. Clean, lighter malts with a touch of sweetness and a nice citrusy floral and grass. Decent bitterness and easy drinking all-around. Not bad.

12 bottle from variety pack at Sullivans, along I-80 in Illinois. Smell is more than decent when poured, with some citrusy hops easily picked out from a distance, closer, theres a nice big nose of Pacific hops. Kind of a light tea color, thin head. I find myself liking the taste. A strong dose of hops slightly overwhelms the malt. Takes a while to find the backing sweetness. But this goes down nice and easy.

Too thin in body, the actual flavor isnt bad, its just that this pales in comparison to most other IPAs.

This brew is a hazy orange-yellow color with a medium thin white head that recedes quickly to an outer ring. Spotty lacing on the glass. Aroma of grainy malt and hops. Light body with flavors of mild hops, doughy malt and sweet fruit. The finish is citrusy with a mildly hoppy aftertaste. Pretty average overall.

From the beer of the month club. Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a hazy vibrant orange-apricot color with an enormous fluffy yellow white head that towers over the glass and lingers forever creating good lacing. The aroma was sweet and tart with notes of grapefruit, lemon and a bit of bread. The flavor was tart and bitter with a dry and chewy undertone and moderate notes of lemon, grapefruit and Sweettart candies. The finish was long and lemony with a hint of pepper. Medium body. Nice.
