, Kolding. Pours clear opaque black with a large, creamy beige head. Aroma has sweet malts, roasted, light chocolate, light nutty, a touch of vanilla. Medium to low carbonation, fine dry and quite light mouthfeel. Flavour has chocolate, light roasted, nuttiness. More of a light stout than really a schwarzbier. But very nice to drink nonetheless.

500ml bottle, many thanks for this beer gift, Skinnyviking. Two-finger sized head reduced to a tiny layer. Deep dark brown body. Minimal lacing. Dark malty smell, notes of bread and liquorice. Roasted black malty taste, mid-sweet with hints of dark chocolate and liquorice. Malt bitter ending. Clean tasting. Medium bodied.
