On tap @Ma che siete venuti a fà (Rome). Pours amber with a medium off-white head. Aroma of malt, caramel, brown sugar, smoked meat, speck, cheese. On tap at Ma Che in Rome-Italy. Clear and bright dark amber pour, ivory tick big foamy head. Nose: smoked mozzarella, speck ham blast! Mouth: easy, more speck, a bit sweet caramel. Peppery finish mixed with sweet malts!

At a tasting, many thanks, small creamy bubbly head, clear deep red to brown color, aroma of smoked meat caramel and a candy hint, flavor of candy smoked cheese caramel, and a subdued hint of alcohol, mellow smokey and candy aftertaste, light fruity sourness. Aroma: light savoury bacon, caramel, dark malts, spices. Appearance: clear, dark brown, massive, frothy, beige head. Taste: light bitter. Palate: initial bitters, smoked flavours, caramel sweets coming up, yet hoppy bitters keep on dominating, light citrus, dry, bitter finish. Overall: nice Smoked Bock, great aroma, nice palate.
