Bottle at The brewery. Hazy gold orange lasting white head. Wort on aroma few esters. A little muddy. Not a great weisse very worty. A bit dirty. Maria (10211) - Thisted, DENMARK - JUL 10, 2010
It’s unclear, warm orange with a rather small head. The aroma is sharp and tart with notes of sour yeast and strong barnyard. The flavour is very like the aroma and has additional notes of fruit, and the finish is spicy. Not a weiss to my liking. MiP (15960) - Sønderborg, DENMARK - JUL 7, 2009
Bottle, 5.2%. Mild buttery aroma, hint of citrus. Hazy golden colour. Nice stable off-white head. The flavour is quite citric, bordering on Bretty. Drinkable, but strange. fonefan (50733) - VestJylland, DENMARK - JUL 1, 2009
Bottle 50cl.omhper (25565) - Tyresö, SWEDEN - AUG 15, 2008
Light unclear medium yellow orange color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, moderate yeasty, banana, toffee, citrus. Flavor is moderate sweet and light citrus acidic with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is creamy, carbonation is soft.
Draught at the brewpub. Cloudy straw colour, creamy head. Fresh light banana aroma. Very light and airy. Cloves are very evident, banana less. There is also a vague hint of vegetables and a late bitter twist.

Bottle (purchased at the brasserie): Hazy, golden to orangey coloured, smaller, very stable creamy white head; dry sharp sourish, wheaty and cellary - Gueuze-like - nose; moderate sour-sweet flavour with a light tartness, soft MF, light to medium bodied; becomes a bit sweeter (!) towards the sour-tart finish. Interesting, a franconian Gueuze, presumably created by accident......... TBone (18099) - Pori, FINLAND - OCT 26, 2005

Hazy orangy color, good white head. Good smokey banana-aroma. Dry banana flavor, a bit roasted. Good balanced dry weizen.
Yeasty butteraroma. Strong yoghurt and fresh cheese taste. Some fruitiness (grapes). The most peculiar weizenbier I have ever tasted. Drinkable, but probably some mistakes have been made in the brewing process.
