From cask by gravity on the second day at Plymouth Camra Beer Festival 2016. Golden body with a slight haze. Minimal lacing head. The aroma is dominated by ginger. Ginger taste as well, lemon beneath. Drinkable, not by kind of taste (Shared with Finn 24.09.2016).

From cask. Pours straw yellow. Eppery and citrus taste. Not picking up too much going ginger. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle at home. Pale orange colour with a large white head. This fades a bit, but the carbonation keeps a good head of foam. Good aroma: peppery hop with citrus notes and spicyness from the ginger. Sweet malt to start, backed up with a firm bitterness. Flavours of citrus and ginger throughout. Lively on the tongue and with a very long dry finish. The lemon and ginger is present from aroma to aftertaste and never overpowers. A very nice beer.

Hazy amber beer. Very dry palate. Watery malt with apologetic hints of ginger and a whisper of lemon. Very dry finish. Blandness abounds! Bitter lemon in the aftertaste, Nope, hard work!

On cask at Cloisters. Pours a golden colour with a decent white head. Aroma of lemon, ginger, caramel and barley. Similar flavours with mild carbonation and a foamy mouth-feel. OK.

Very interesting beer, great mix of lemon and ginger making it a very pleasant and tasty brew. On Cask at the famous Kelham Island Tavern
