Clear medium yellow orange color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, toasted, light to moderate hoppy, lemon, ginger. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, finish has a peppery - ginger burn. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft.
50 cL bottle, courtesy of fonefan. Pours cloudy yellow with a diminished white head. Mild brett aroma and dry impression. Flavour is dry and mild citrusy, not much ginger. Light ginger into the far finish, slowly building into a more dense impression. Ungstrup (38249) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - OCT 15, 2008
Bottled. An amber beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of ginger, and so is the flavor, though combined with light notes of lemongrass, leading to a dry lemony finish. Thanks fonefan and Brugmansia for sharing. oh6gdx (26487) - Vasa, FINLAND - JUN 26, 2011

Hazy amber beer. Very dry palate. Watery malt with apologetic hints of ginger and a whisper of lemon. Very dry finish. Blandness abounds! Bitter lemon in the aftertaste, Nope, hard work!
(Bottle 50 cl) Courtesy of fonefan. Pours a clear golden with a nice white head. A little Brett and citrus in the nose. Light body, fruity, again with citrus and Brett accents while the ginger is rather downplayed. Finishes dry. 031008 harrisoni (19189) - Ashford, Kent, ENGLAND - JUN 6, 2008
Cask gravity at Cambridge BF 08. Gold with thin white head. Odd kiddie sweet sherbert aroma. Ginger comes through and so does some lemon drizzle cake. Light and has some real lemon and ginger, but flavourings are light and work quite well. Quite lively and envigorating. Certainly works well. Decent. Finish is very welcoming. Bottle, 4.0%. OK citric aroma. Almost clear golden colour. Good citric flavour, nicely rough bitterness. Hint of yeast in the aftertaste. imdownthepub (15160) - Banbury, Oxfordshire, ENGLAND - NOV 18, 2008
Cask conditioned at The Turf Tavern with Fin. Gold with white head. I was prepared to slate this, but it just goes to show, it was really very good. Hoppy and lemony with good bittering, dry and refreshing. I really liked it.
