Bottle @ Scrumpy’s. Clear golden pour with a white head. Honey, salt, and oak. Has kind of a weird sour relish aroma. A bit of booze and cinnamon. Flavor is sweet honey, spicy cinnamon, oak, and vanilla. Relish, salt, and slight tartness.
Bottle @ Scrumpys Fort Collins. Pours a Clear yellow appearance with no head. Boozy, woody, a touch vinous, boozy aroma. Slightly watery, vanilla, woody, boozy, apple flavor. Least favorite of their series.
Clear light gold with a pungent and delightful aroma of oak wood, boozy vanilla esters, and thick syrupy herbal aroma. Mouthfeel is nice but the flavor starts a little too sharp with boozy oak tones, finishing with some herbal sweetness and too-harsh boozy tones.
