Draft: Lightly cloudy, orange-gold with an off-white head. Orange, semi-dank grain aroma. The bittering is leafy and grainy...citrus-peel, orange malt. Solidly hopped, but not a bomb. Nicely done.

This beer is brewed how I like the IPA’s. Golden color with a head that laces up the side of the glass. Hop aroma upfront. Bitterness starts as soon as it hits the tongue and continues on. It has a nice clean dry finish. It is not over hopped, too bitter. Balance is perfect and beggs you to drink more.

Tap at the taproom. Dank hop aroma and taste. Fairly pungent. Sharp bitterness, even late. Okay for me.

Draft. Spiced orange malt and orange peel aroma. Hazy golden yellow with small head. Sweet orange malt and moderately strong bitter orange/grapefruit peel flavor. A very hoppy IPA.

Brought to us all the way from the US, this beer has traveled well. Mild fruity aroma, and a beautiful clear golden orange colour with thin head. Massive hop bitterness with good caramel sweetness to back it up. Be warned, this bitterness doesn’t fade. Really enjoyable beer!

Draft @ brewery. Sweet orange and caramel malt aroma. Clear amber with a large off-white head. Buttery caramel malt and sweet orange flavor. Medium body, soft carbonation. A nice solid IPA.

Welcome to NW Indiana. If you want to brew beer around here, you need to brew a decent IPA. Hunter’s Brewing didn’t shy away from this challenge. THEY THREW DOWN THE GAUNTLET. How about a 6.5% ABV IPA with 128 IBU? The aroma on this one is fantastic! Even though it’s 128 IBU, no, it’s not a total killer. Yes, it’s bitter, but just as a good IPA should be. Quite enjoyable.
