"Considered by its many devotees to be one of the finest lagers brewed in Britain. The brewing of Hrlimann is strictly controlled to ensure that the beer remains true to the original Swiss recipe. Only the finest Swiss yeast and Challenger hops are used in this all malt brew to give a full lager flavour."

Good head and condition, malty nose with low level of hop aroma. Hops in the mouth becoming slightly ironlike towards the end , and a hop bitter finish with a strange aftertaste.
