On tap at Huss, pours a deep dark brown with a medium tan head. Aroma brings out lots of cinnamon, with subdued dark fruits. Flavour is along the same lines, with cinnamon and a touch of red dark fruit. Dry and spicy. Not a huge fan but it’s done well. Solid. Travlr (26430) - Charlotte, North Carolina, USA - JAN 20, 2016

On draft, Dark brown color with off white head. Roasted coffee, cinnamon, nutmeg aroma. Slight dark fruit too on the finish. Enjoyable. mikedR (1561) - Gilbert, Arizona, USA - MAR 22, 2015
Very good. I’m not sure I’d call it a rice pudding porter as much as a spiced porter -- the various rice pudding notes tend to get lost under the spiciness. However, as a spiced porter, good. MarinEvelyn (852) - Wisconsin, USA - NOV 8, 2014
Strong spice aroma and taste. Strong roastiness as well. a little vanilla attempts to help smooth it out. DEcent.

>> Clear, black ruby pour. Soda tan fizzy foam. No retention. Awesome aroma brings horchata, anise, rum raisin. Taste is clean, anise, root beer, soda type carbonation. Somewhat sweet but very good. Would pete again.
Location: Draft at the Brewpub, 3/8/14

Aroma: The aroma is sweet and spice, lots of cinnamon, vanilla, hits the rice pudding goal
Appearance: The pour is a darker brown color with a nice lighter brown colored head
Flavor: The flavor is full of the sweetness and spice flavor that you’d expect from the aroma
Palate: The body is medium, it drinks smoothly and has a slightly sticky finish
What can I say? I thought this beer totally worked. Sometimes I am a sucker for a good gimmick beer, and this was one of those times. Nicely done!
Nice dark brown pour with a light brown head. Love the cinnamon and cloves, allspice, nutmeg, chocolate, vanilla, toffee...rich and pretty decadent for 5%.
