COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

From tap at the brewery in Husum. Comes actually clearer than expected but still with some clouds. Malty notes of as well wheat as also normal malt. Sweetish in the taste and with a short palate with no significance.

Draught @ the brewpub. Pours cloudy lightish amber with stable white head. Clear aroma of yeast, banana, and malt. Sweetish flavour of malt and banana, with pronounced estery notes and touches of hops. Hints of citrus. Rather rough and estery aftertaste with sourish notes. Enjoyable but not revolutionary.
