30cl bottle shared at home. Somewhat pale golden with a medium white soapy head. Light to medium body with moderate carbonation. Ginger, caramel, malts and herbs. Quite nice, I’ve expected less.

Geruch malzig und fast wie ein Export. Der Geschmack geht dann auch in diese Richtung, aber vergleichsweise wässrig.

Benzai (15586) - Oirschot, THE NETHERLANDS, NETHERLANDS - OCT 9, 2014
Bottle @ weekly tasting shared by Dutchdrebus. Hazy yellow golden color, huge soapy white head. Smell and taste malts, lightly a hint of brett (that’s not intended is it?), slightly metallic, light to moderately bitter. Average body, medium carbonation. Well, I suspect something went wrong or at least I doubt it was intended like this, but it worked out in the end.

Countbeer (6592) - Best of E-Town mit 2 Brauhausen, NETHERLANDS - APR 5, 2014
UPDATED: APR 6, 2014 Bottle: Thanks Douberd: Served in a shaker: Medium sized white foamy head on top of a hazy yellow orange colored beer. Aromas of lambic a liks, some peach, lacto bac. some sweet tarty tones and wild yeast. (Huh? Infection I assume, but smells very nice). Flavours of sweet hops, herbs, some malts, hints of wilder yeast, light caramel, some lacto tones, cream... Must be a mild infection, but I think it only helps the beer a bit. Nice. Aftertaste is a mix of bitters, herbs, yeast, spicy sweets and a slight hint of carbo gass.. Low carbo, creamy mouthfeel, medium bodied and a light creamy texture. Decent but where comes the wild yeast from?

Christos (5741) - Arnhem, NETHERLANDS - JAN 9, 2014
Bottle 300 ml. Into a big tulip glass, ABV 7.5% Hiney-like orange colour on the body, huge white head, thick, with very good retention and heavy lacing left around the glass. Quite hazy and unclear. Aroma is fruity but with a brett-like sourness in it, manure, dirty hay. Taste is much better, grains, hay but cleaner as a flavour, grass, lemon. Moderate sour on the aftertaste. Quite carbonated, medium thin body. Dry palate. Overall nothing special but goes down easily, the aroma was quite unpleasant to me and ruined a bit the whole drinking experience.

Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass deep golden, huge head. Starts milder than exspected, spicy-malty. Some woody notes, modest sweet. Finish drier, but still spicy. Not bad!
