Bottle. Quite tarry, with some light sweet caramel, and slight soy sauce stickyness. The finish is nice and roasty and helps balanced the sweetness. This was quite easy to drink. Nice. larsga (7608) - Oslo, NORWAY - OCT 24, 2006
Medium beige head with larger bubbles. Opaque black body goes dark red at edges. Faintly acidic chocolatey aroma with a touch of smoke. Taste is deep, dense chocolatey malts with a mealy, yeasty, smoky aftertaste. Dryish and hoppy background. Very nice. (0.5l on tap.) Tranquillity (2464) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - SEP 27, 2006
Tap at St Urhos, Helsinki. Not much foam and a dark brown colour. Sweet chocolate in the not too strong aroma. The taste is sweet but the finish is extremely strong of bitter chocolate. harrisoni (19024) - Ashford, Kent, ENGLAND - SEP 27, 2006
