Clear blond beer, creamy white irregular head, pretty stable, adhesive, leaving some lacing in the glass. Aroma: some banana, yeast. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: pretty bitter, bit sweet, banana, grains, bit of citrus. Aftertaste: soft bitterness, some almonds, banana.
Bottle. In a blind pilsnertest. This came out on top (surprising). Very balanced, slight bitterness and slight sourness. Didn’t taste watery than many others with higher ABV. Marthinus (276) - DENMARK - SEP 19, 2010
