Golden colour, small head. Aroma is fruits, bready malts, some mild notes of earth and caramel. Flavour is very nice and fruity with some sweet, but bitter wooden notes. Pleasantly balanced.
14th July 2010. Market Porter. Clear gold beer, no real head. Very dry palate. Some sweet malt but it’s so bloody dry! Some sweet orange and generic fruit - still bone dry. Some sulfur comes to the surface. Too dry by far and sulfur. Nuff said! maeib (8749) - Wootton, Northampton, Northamptonshire, ENGLAND - AUG 2, 2010
Cask conditioned handpump Southwark Tavern Borough Market. A golden beer with a little white head. A fruity malty beer with a slight hoppy note. Served too warm, but still pretty poor and ordinary.
