Cask @ Boar’s Head in Rossendale. Amber with a creamy head. It has a bubble-gum sweet aroma aroma and taste with a medium to high bitter finish.

UPDATED: SEP 24, 2013 Dark gold. Very little smell. Sweet wood and honey but you have to work for it. Nicely balanced taste, bittersweet and slightly soapy. Bitter finish. An enjoyable autumn seasonal from Hydes.
