3.1 AROMA 5/10 APPEARANCE 3/5 TASTE 7/10 PALATE 4/5 OVERALL 12/20
Tap at I & I. How do people find this brewery’s beers on this website? Pours a low haze golden. Weak white foam. No nose really. Taste has big marzipan and almond liquor. Not bad. Interesting, though "honey" and "cream" are not what come to mind.

The beer pours a cloudy orange color with a dense white head. Quite sweet on the nose with a light honey aroma and some floral notes. A hint of yeast along with some citrus peel and biscuit malt. The flavor has some fruit esters to go along with the floral and citrus peel notes. There is almost a light tartness to it which is interesting. Some biscuit malt gives a fair amount of sweetness to the beer. Kind of toasty at times, too.
