Malzig-süßer Antrunk, dunkel, würzig. Oxidierter Geschmack, etwas lasch malzig. Das Bier scheint ein deutlich würzigeres Potential zu haben, dass es aber nicht ausnutzt. Langweilig! Danke an kappldav123.

Bottled. An amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of malt and caramel as well as lighter notes of bread. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, metal, bread, and caramel, leading to a dry bitter finish. Thanks Papsoe for sharing. fonefan (50701) - VestJylland, DENMARK - MAR 3, 2009

Clear medium amber color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, straw, roasted, nutty notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium to light, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.
Bottle 50 cl. Courtesy of MoritzF. Hazy amber golden with an off-white head. Intense aroma of roasted malt and pumpernickel with a light perfumy touch. Quite full-bodied, roasted malts and pumpernickel with a somewhat unclean bonbon edge. Dry, hoppy finish. 291108 yespr (47063) - Copenhagen O, DENMARK - DEC 30, 2008
50 cL bottle, courtesy of Papsoe/Ungstrup. Pours almost clear and golden orange with a dense off-white head. Breadish and roasted malty aroma, quite pleasant and inviting. Smooth breadish and roasted malt flavoured with a light hoppy spice note towards the finish. Smooth lasting roasted malt impression.

Bottle, 7.0%. Sweet, malty, bready and cardboardy aroma, somehow burnt. Clear dark amber colour. The flavour is also sweet and burnt, a strange burntness. Band aid or chemical notes, perhaps phenolic, but not so much plastic. Strange berry aftertaste. Quack-Duck (9490) - Down South, GERMANY - SEP 26, 2008
bottle. Clear deep golden yellow, large and creamy head. Malty nose. Full-bodied, very malty with intensive flavours of cocoa powder, hints of honey, slightly spicy. kappldav123 (6131) - GERMANY - SEP 3, 2008
The bottle looks simple, but good. The beer in the glass not very zippy, copper-coloured. Starts mild, only modest malty, neither sweet nor alcoholic. Tastes like is has beer aged. Modest alcoholic finish. Strange bock, but not bad! pivnizub (10768) - Bochum, Porúří, GERMANY - MAR 26, 2008
Bügelverschlußflasche (bought at the brasserie): Light amber coloured, smaller off-white loose head, sticking to the glass; moderate caramelly and toasted-malty nose with a dry malty touch and a metallic tinge; medium bodied, moderate to stronger bitter-sweet flavour; solid bitter-sweet finish with a lingering hoppiness in the aftertaste. O.K., a Bock of decent quality......... jonas (7986) - Garching b. München, GERMANY - FEB 26, 2008
Thanks to the Bochumer beer fellowship for this bottle! Orange amber, big golden lacing foam. Nut, caramel and honey dough aroma. Surprisingly strong nut and nougat start, going over into raisin, plumwine, spice, light alcohol burn, finishing on a fruity note - dates retronasal. Medium chewyness, slick mouthfeel. Good obe!
