COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This strong IPA is a hop lover’s dream. The smooth but intense bitterness comes mostly from Columbus and Northern Brewer hops. Late addition Cascade hops and dry hopping with Cascade and Amarillo hops help give this beer a complex character and aroma. This IPA is delicately balanced with a medium maltiness that compliments without detracting from your hoppy experience.

On tap at Anthony’s in Richland, WA. Very nice golden color, not much of a head, but produced bubbles until the glass was empty. Aroma was hops, pine resin, citrus. Pretty strong aroma. The taste followed in kind - very hoppy, minimal malt character, nice bitterness that was not overwhelming. Clean and pleasant after taste, cleanses the palate nicely. I rather liked this beer and would have it again.

Draught @ the brewery. Pours a clear dull copper colour with a white creamy head. Nose is semi-sweet piney hops. Flavour is not bad to the classic IPA sense. It’s medium bodied with an interesting mix of sweetness, pine bitterness, and some fruity hints and light grassy aspects. I’m enjoying the balance here.

Draft - Nice juicy citrus. Clearish gold with a nice white head. Bitter grapefruit and a nice peeel bitterness. Solid.

Tap at the brewery - solid IPA. Nose is citrus and pine, gives a strong fruit impression. Sweet bodied but well balanced by fresh, floral dry hopping from the Amarillo.

12oz bottle from Total Wine
Pours dark golden with a medium sized beige head, lots of sticky lacing. Aroma is floral, caramel, dusty and malty. Flavors are floral, grainy, bready and orange peel
A decent IPA. This one may have been on the shelf for a while, no dates on the label. The ratings on draft don’t compare to this bottle.

Draft pour at wing central. Pours a dark yellow with a really nice hop aroma. This is a really good IPA, and I’m a little suprised for some reason. Solid hop front flavor. Really nice floral hop finish. So drinkable. Awesome IPA here.

Draught at WA Brewers Festival, 2014. Pours a mostly clear golden color with a moderate white head on it. Nose is nicely hoppy, with floral and resin elements coming off it for me. Taste is moderately bitter, light and refreshing. Liked it a lot better than I thought I would.

Bottle from Whole Foods on Westlake, Seattle
Hazy deep blond color with small head. It’s a fresh and lean IPA, very drinkable, with good balance; the hops are more fruity than resiny, with an evident pineapple character.

22 oz bottle from Roth’s Sunnyslope Market in S. Salem. $4.79 This has a new label compared to the page and is 6.7% alc. Pours a nice slightly hazy orange colour with a large ,thick and frothy off white head. Nice aromas, of resiny/piney hop along side good bold caramel malt profiles. Quite balanced in the taste.. malts and hops combine well but the pine driven hop comes though in the end to dominate. Godd clean palate well carbonated and slightly dry in the end..long lasting hop aftertaste. Nice PNW IPA..not bad at all.
