1/14/18: 24 ounce can with a good until 6/11/18 date purchased at Shop and Save Market $1.49 + tax. Can poured into large flute, very clear golden yellow pour, soapy white cloudy dissipating head. Very sweet corn, apple and malt aroma. Mild taste, corn and malt, somewhat sweet but not as sweet as the aroma would indicate. Somewhat strong beer, though alcohol hidden while drinking due to the light taste and texture. Very thin and watery texture, very easy going down. Mild carbonation fades quickly. Overall OK beer for it's class and style. halfonit (1412) - Fall River, Massachusetts, USA - OCT 8, 2017
I've been looking forward to this one for some time now! Cough Cough lol. Pours a clear lighter golden color with a white head. Aroma is of dusty malts, aluminum, corn, grain, and some slight booze. Heavier, carbonated palate. Flavor is of malts, corn, booze, and some heat. Leaves a hot sweeter malt finish. Nothing special, as if my hopes were up. But at least it's another beer rated. Can split at Chris & Ruths pre GBBF Shin Dig, cheers for all the shares, 05/08/17.
Light golden blonde with a well presented off white head.
Nose is paper. grains, corn, boozey tune showtim, faint caramel.
Taste comprises straw, pale malts, cereals, recycled paper, rice.
Medium bodied plus, fine carbonation, rising hot boosty kick at the curtain call.
A decent Licker for sure. The_Osprey (9673) - Richmond, Greater London, ENGLAND - SEP 17, 2017
August 2017 - Very large, girthy can shared at Chriso's Pre-GBBF Shindiggery. Thanks everyone! As 'Icehouse Edge', 8.0%. Pale golden yellow, still and clear, foamy off-white head leaves light lacing. Aroma is buttered sweetcorn and stale biscuits. Body is light, tingly carbonation, frothy. Taste is smooth pale malt, biscuity, faint sawdust, spicy. Very plain. Not very enjoyable, even by malt liquor standards. (2-4-2-2-5=1.5) Scopey (16264) - Croydon, Greater London, ENGLAND - AUG 17, 2017
Massive can at C&R Pre-GBBF Tasting 2017. It pours clear yellow with a medium white head. The aroma is soft, sweet, white bready, lagery malts, stewed veg, cheap perfume, vanish and some raw alcohol. The taste is sweet, tangy, cheap white bread, grainy, cornbread, sugar syrup and raw alcohol. Medium body and fine carbonation. I feel like I am making it sound shitter than it actually is. Reasonable for the style.

Cardboard, light metallic, grain and cereal malts. Clear gold, medium, frothy, white head. Sweet grain malts, sugary, super strong molasses, medium carbonation, medium bodied. Crappy Malt Liquor way too sweet. Can at Chriso & Ruth’s pre-GBBF shindig, Kensal Rise. madmitch76 (26413) - , Essex, ENGLAND - AUG 12, 2017

The great pre GBBF bottleshare at ChrisO’s. Can. Light haze on this gold beer, good pale cream colour head. Palate is smooth and semi dry, reasonable fine carbonation. Soft smooth dry malts, quite sweet. A little spice. Light dry finish. Inoffensive. No really!
Bottle shared at Chriso’s and Ruth pre GBBF shindig, August 5, 2017. Golden. Clean corn nose. Tastes actually not entirely terrible. Malty, corn and excessive booze comes out only in the finish. Maybe even drinkable.
