One of the foulest substances ever to find its way inside my mouth, and that is saying a lot. Corny metallic alcohol - this is REALLY bad. Makes even Natty Daddy or Hurricane taste okay. Even for being cheap and 8%, and if you just absolutely need to get drunk, you can do a lot better. Heere are two things I have rarely ever said but that apply: spend the extra 75 cents, and get a Four Loko, or something. This tastes like an already horrible wino beer that somebody poured a half a shot of Czarina vodka into. I like cheap beer, and Ill try any crappy beer once, but this is a one-time deal only. Still trying to finish the can (how can anybody rate the appearance of this? You drink it outa da can!), and it may be one of the few beers ever Ive had to pour out.

24oz giant can into pint glass, very bubbly clear darker golden color with very light tan head. Aroma notes of pale malt sweetness, corn, tad metallic and maybe a hint of alcohol. Taste adds cereal, almost white-sugary like sweetness, cream corn and faint alcohol. Light-medium body, heavy carbonation, crisp with faint off-fruity finish. I think of all malts Ive had this one offers the most alcohol presence, otherwise its fairly typical.

Can. It poured gold with a quickly dissipating white head. Malty aroma with caramel and corn flavors. Not bad.

Aroma has mostly corn, but also some caramel. Flavors quite bland; pretty much just neutral sweet. Body is ok. Finish is like flavor and boozy. Cant think of more than one reason to have more than one of these.

Pour is a still dark piss yellow, leaves some tiny lacing surprisingly. Smell is boatloads of creamed corn with some fusel alcohol thrown in...and the taste is the same. Sweet apple peel, syrup and sugary breakfast cereal. Choke.

The biggest problem with this beer is that it is actually pure moonshine. You wont realize it the first few times you try it, and youll be lucky to live through the experience. Not sure how theyre getting away with it, but Im pretty sure the alcohol content is WAY higher than listed on the can. If this post saves someones life, right on, because Im not kidding.

Can. Pours a light amber color with minimal head. Aroma of corn and adjuncts. Sweet flavor with a lingering metallic note throughout the finish. About what you would expect.

Pours a clear bright dark golden with a decent white head. Aroma is vegetal. Taste is corn based malt, metallic, an off putting breadiness and of course, alcohol. Not by any means the worst of the super malt liquors, but a ML non-the-less. Meh.

24 oz. can from Bakers. Pours clear/straw with huge lasting white head. Aroma was metallic, sweet and peppery. Taste was sweet and malty.

Can - did not pour out of can, because come on, it's Icehouse Edge. VERY sweet corn aroma and flavor, surprisingly smooth finish though, but overall it's what you would expect from a cheap malt liquor ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Shit. You know you like drinking malt liquor after work when the gas station is the only place selling beer. Long day tending bar... hate people and their bullshit? Boom. This will get you where you wanna go. Reminds me of summer nights hanging in the park by my house after curfew as a kid in the 80s. Smoking squares. Being loud, drinking shit like this. Breaking bottles and stealing shit. Good times. Listen to your old cassette copy of License to Ill or Straight Outta Compton for full effect. Boyeee! 😎
