"A bold, hoppy beer with no watered-down taste." So far from the truth I may vomit in disgust. The beer is below average but tops other common american stardard shwill. Blaa aroma, but I can smell something. We'll skip the appearance. Not bad for chugging, because you don't want to stop and taste the palate (or lack there of). Friends and family drink it often, and well I've downed more than a few in my past. Sampled this time from big mouth, plastic bottle and I was moved to rate it...

Local distributer for Fry's Food in Scottsdale, Az cant decide whether the ABV content is 5.5% or 6.9%...it fluctuates irregularly. Whats up with that?...also where can i buy 4 packs of this product in Maricopa County, Az?...it is my favorite "getting buzzed" beer!!!

UPDATED: AUG 23, 2017 Thick white head on top of a dark yellow body. The smell is metallic. Tastes kind of flat. It's rather bland and flavorless. Nothing bad per we but nothing good either. Memorable for not being memorable.

Bottle, from US. Backlog entry. Entering my historic scores for US beers whilst visiting New York. No tasting notes kept, just rating.

24oz can pours a pale golden straw with a large white head. Sweet malt aroma with light grain and grassy hops. Upfront lager yeast and hop bitterness lead into sweet malt with a touch of alcohol. A high school favorite that still remains drinkable.

Nice straw/gold color; Medium body; Aroma of malt, hay, & cereal; Flavor of sweet malt, hay/grain, and corn/cereal; More of a malt liquor - not too bad.

From old tasting notes. Bright yellow gold color. Small white head. Faint tart malt nose. Tangy malt flavor has a hint of of apple peel. Dull and listless.

Can. Pours a pale straw body with a very short lived fizzy white head. The nose is a mix of creamed corn and subtle cardboard. The flavor isn’t all that offensive actually when served at fridge temperature. Is relatively clean and fairly light on the corn flavor. Finishes very watery and thin, but it’s of short duration. This is actually a little better than expected. The coldness probably helps some, but if drink this over many other pale lagers.
