COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This ‘Northwest Classic’ is a harmonious blend of our pride and our passion inspired by the rugged and gentle terrain of the Cascade Mountains. Starting with the pristine waters of Icicle Creek, we add the intense flavors and aromas of our locally grown Yakima hops, pairing the citrusy floral hop notes with a sweet-malty undertone. It’s an IPA that’s breaking the barrier between bitter and bold. Available in 1/2 barrels and 22oz bottles.

Cooper’s, Seattle. Cloudy dark!orange, lacing thin white foam. Aroma is muted apple and orange. Dull resin, balancing pale hops. Old school and solid. Fruity malt balancing orange pine flavors. Some caramel too. Solid.

The "Nirvana" of IPA's...smells like GREATEST spirit (ever). Best place to enjoy it is on draft while relaxing on their patio in Leavenworth.

Bomber, bottled a little more than a month ago. Aroma is mild citrus, floral, candy sweet, orange creamsicle. Pours nearly clear new penny copper with a one finger bone-white head that falls into a big-bubbly ring somewhat quick. Taste is medium level bitter backed by some candy sweet malt. Noticeable alcohol presence. Kind of straddles the line between old-school ’90s style IPAs and modern juicy hop iterations.

Robe orangée ambrée, avec peu de mousse. Arômes de caramel, de pins et d’agrume autant au nez qu’en dégustation. Final rond avec une amertume agréable. Bonne IPA, sans plus.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a clear copper color with a medium white head. A big sweet citrus fruity nose. Bitter, green, lemons and oranges. Pretty good.

Draft at the brewpub. A: Cloudy orange body, thin white head. N: Orange syrup, lemongrass, some mango, cracker, pine and earth. T: Quite bitter, nearly astringent, and no noticeable sweetness. M: Medium resinous body, very dry, some alcohol. O: Run of the mill IPA where it concerns flavor. However, it seems to me that the brewers decided to pound the beer to death with hops during the middle of the boil.

Great aroma. Another great IPA from the state of Washington! Very hoppy and smooth at the same time.
