Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a very deep amber with a near white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has earthy grains with bread and a light wood note. Flavor follows the same model of bread, grains and wood. BurstHopper01 (7) - Kelso, USA - SEP 1, 2014 does not count
Dark bready lager. Tastes of toasted bread, bitterness on the malt side. Clean lager finish maxwelldeux (4374) - Snohomish, Washington, USA - DEC 30, 2013
Draught in a flight at the brewpub. Pours a clear dark brown color with almost no head on it. Nose had some citrus and spice on it, as did the taste. Taste reminded me a bit of sweet orange candy, which isn’t all that appealing. Hanuta06 (469) - Washington, USA - SEP 4, 2013
