UPDATED: JUL 28, 2012 Pours a thick white head leaving little sheeting. Color is a clear golden brown. The nose is dominated by a yeasty spiceness. Palate reveals a medium body with dryness and a slight toastiness with a lingering hoppy finish that separates this brew from a malty Belgian. The Belgian yeast adds complexity. Tasted at the brewery and in a growler. VinegarStroke (420) - Napa, California, USA - SEP 13, 2014
