Bottle. Nicely balanced but with a watery texture that’s hard to tolerate. Medium body, appropriate carbo, flavor and finish are good and a lightly bitter dry finish. But watery does it in. JStax (7457) - Devola/Marietta, Ohio, USA - OCT 12, 2016
Draft. Hazy gold with a white head. Aroma has fresh pine and citrus notes. Grassy and piny taste. Moderate bitterness. Medium body and medium carbonation. puboflyons (3600) - Allenstown, New Hampshire, USA - AUG 6, 2016
From the 650 ml. bottle with no date shown although the brewer tells us to "Drink Fresh." It is nice to look at with its orange-amber color leading up to a bubbly, foamy white head that lingers and laces. This was its best point. For a beer that is brewed with grapefruit there sure is a lot of caramel and sweet malt characters and white bread on the nose. But I found little in the way of grapefruit. Light to medium body. The taste echoes the aroma with a more toasted and sweet caramel malt forward character with a mild bitterness to end. Virtually no grapefruit. jredmond (8982) - New York, New York, USA - JUL 22, 2016
Draft sampled at the brewery/restaurant with Paul. Pours a clear golden body with thin white lacing. Soft to medium mouthfeel with notes of sweet honey, pine and fresh grapefruit. Soft bitterness lingering on the palate.

On tap at idletyme brewing. Pours out golden topped with a small white head. Nose is sweet grapefruit citrus hops pine and some malty sweetness. Taste is more of the pink grapefruit citrus sweetness. Bulk_Carrier (6064) - Vermont, USA - MAY 12, 2016
Picked up a growlette from Natural Provisions in Williston, VT.
This was poured into a becher pint glass.
The appearance was a hazy burnt orange color with a slim finger’s worth of white foamy head that quickly dissipated. No lacing.
The smell started off with sweet pulpy grapefruit, light sweet malt, an underscore of sweet grass, then some light lemon rind bitterness.
The taste was pulpy sweet with a nice grapefruit rind-like bitterness following through. Wet grapefruity/pulpy aftertaste and finish.
On the palate, this one sat about a light to medium in body. Nice sessionability with a nice bitter rind-like harshness hitting my tongue.
Overall, nice APA with grapefruit in it, nice and authentic. Reminiscent of Spring House’s Lexicon pale ale. I’d have again. italianjohn (3382) - Penndel, Pennsylvania, USA - MAY 7, 2016
