VOTO 6

Bottle 0.5L. Cloudy golden body with a large, frothy, off-white head, mostly lasting with some lacing. Moderate-to-heavy hoppy (citrus) aroma with notes of white fruits. Moderate bitter and light-to-moderate sweet flavour; short balanced finish. Light-to-medium body with watery texture; average carbonation.

Barwa złota, prawie klarowna. Piana biała, wysoka, sztywna i niesamowicie trwała. Aromat pysznie słodowy, owocowy, lekki i rześki.

In bocca corpo medio e abbastanza bilanciata.

Bottle from Iper, Grandate; bb 10.04.2014, batch 0262013
Blond color, clear, with frothy head, fizzy, too much carbonation. Nice aroma: fruits, vanilla, bit of yeast and plastic. Very dry mouthfeel; some malt flavor, strong bitterness, timid hop qualities, some yeast, but evidently it refermented too much in the bottle and this produced unwanted extra bitter grass elements.
Uncontrolled.

Pale yellow, sparkling and lively, big and durable head. Hops and malt in the aroma. Mostly bitter taste, hops, citrus. Bit too carbonated to fully appreciate the taste, bubbles bit too dominant.

Dorqui (2303) - Brescia, ITALY - JUL 2, 2013
Bottled 0,50L. Unusual blond hazy color, much bubbly aspect with a eraly foamy head of long persistance. Fresh fruity hops notes with rumors of aged grapes. Prickly and lively taste, much vivid in mouth, very hoppines taste, perfumed beer with a decided arid and bitter final on the end.
