Amber-red. The palate is a bit husky, but also a bit toasty and caramelly as well. The aroma is mostly caramel. OK for what it is.

Draught in Colorado Springs. Pours amber with a medium foamy off-white head and spotty lacing. Fruity, floral hop and caramel malt (meal) aroma with yeast (bread) notes. Hoppy, medium acidity and bitterness that diminishes, and caramel malt, sour yeast (sweat) flavor. Medium bodied and fizzy, crisp palate.

Red and authentic. Sticky foam on the side of the glass. Roasty-caramel dominates; sweet and sophisticated; a good beer.

Draught made with experimental canadian hops: Poured a reddish amber with a off white head. The aroma had that fruitiness to it, but there definetly was a suttle hoppy notes. The taste was very malty at first and the hops gave it that nice balanced finished

tap at albuquerque location-pours a medium amber hue with minimal white head. aroma of toasty malts and earthy hops. Flavors and body are full and finish was very dry. good irish ale!

Poured orange/red with a thick creamy off white head. Nicely malted with a slight bit of cocoa in the taste. Mild earth notes. Nice.

on tap at the brewpub; beautiful red color; nice aroma of caramel malt and hops; a well balanced beer; nice caramel malt background with a good deal of bitter hops; fairly light bodied
