SHIG (4962) - Wasilla, Alaska, USA - NOV 8, 2007
Draught made with experimental canadian hops: Poured a reddish amber with a off white head. The aroma had that fruitiness to it, but there definetly was a suttle hoppy notes. The taste was very malty at first and the hops gave it that nice balanced finished

Amber-red. The palate is a bit husky, but also a bit toasty and caramelly as well. The aroma is mostly caramel. OK for what it is.
