1,5 l bottle at the legendary Anker Hostel kvass rating session 2014. Murky deep orange body practically without any head. Aroma is rye bread, malt syrup and some lemon. Flavor is sticky sweet malt syrup, rye bread, lemon and no bitterness. A bit thin body and sweet aftertaste. I really have my doubt if Kvass is the thing for me, way too sweet. Appearance: Hazy amber colour with a small off-white head.
Aroma: Malt, fruit, bread.
Body: Medium body, low to medium carbonation.
Flavour: Bread, fruit, caramel, Caramel finish.

Small offwhite head. Hazy opaque brown body. Earthy rye bread
aroma with yeasty notes. Sweet, and faintly acidic, earthy
raisiny rye bread taste. Full-bodied. Mild, slightly flat
mouthfeel. Sweet, faintly acidic, earthy mealy rye bread
aftertaste with spicy syrupy notes. It does lack some
complexity, and it is a bit on the sweet side, but I kind of like

Pours slightly hazy brown with a small off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, rye bread, brown sugar and syrup. Taste is light to medium sweet with a sweet rye bread and hint of citrus finish. Body is light, texture is thin, carbonation is flat

The aroma is quite sweetish, with some dark rye bread, lemon, dried fruits and hay. It’s quite flat and thin on the palate, with rye bread, wort, sugar and too much lemon.sweet finish with lemon and sried fruits. Aroma.. one of the most intense bread kvass that I ever had. (if dont count old days). weird but theres some notes of yeast, bit spicy, notes of honey

Super bready sweet aroma. A little bit of citrus. Smooth palate, nice carbonation. Love this. Cloudy reddy brown. Finish is sweet, but so bready. One of the best bottled kvasses I’ve ever had.
