Bottle from Booth’s, Ilkley, drank round Sas’ on Easter Sunday. Clear copper with slim cream foam. Caramel on slate with a rub of walnut aroma, hint of malt loaf. Cask. The Pub, Leicester. Medium white head, dark reddish-brown body. Fruits, hops, demerara sugar, grass, pine resin. Rather sweet, gives way to pretty bitter. Dry finish, tanginess, soft mouthfeel. Decent bitter.
