Cask conditioned at Fleetwood Beer Festival 2010. Pale gold with white head. Bright, hoppy and fresh beer with a juicy grapefruity flavour, drying, bitter and really very tasty. Another very enjoyable beer from this festival.

UPDATED: FEB 11, 2012 Clear, maybe slightly hazy, pale golden beer with small white head. Aroma is faints citrus hops, nice, but not much. It’s a nice refreshing beer, not watery, good bitterness and fine citrusfruits. Bitter aftertaste.

Absolutely flavour packed for a blonde of this abv - a perfect daytime beer. Crisp, full of marmalade and pine hop flavours, and light enough to sup all afternoon without wanting forty winks. Good stuff.

Cask handpull at Reading BF 2011. Pale gold lasting white head. Its a decent pale golden ale. Pretty decent but nay too bad. Rather likeable and full in mouth good condition. Good

On tap at a pub in London. Light smell, fruity and floral. Fruity and hoppy smell with floral notes. Allot of flavour for a 3,5% beer.

UPDATED: APR 29, 2015

Nov 2014 - Cask at Draft House. Pale orange, light haze, still, big white head, light lacing. Aroma is musty perfume. Body is medium, slightly foamy, low carbonation. Taste is semisweet caramel, musty bitterness, tangy and drying hop...hard to describe it more precisely. Top condition. Lovely balanced beer with my sort of flavours. (3.7)

Apr 2015 - Cask at Carpenters Arms, Fitzrovia. Flavour is light, pale malts, light astringency. Hmm, big difference. Conditioning or batch variation? (3.1)

Bottle. Golden beer with a strongish head. The aroma is lightly hopped and the flavour is very well hopped with a large amount of bitterness. Overall a really nice well hopped beer. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
