Cask @ The New Inn, Cliffe, North Yorkshire.
Thin straw colour, light white head. Light body. Crisp fruity thirst quencher.
Standard light beer.

Cask at The Holy Inadequate, Etruria. A clear golden colour with a medium white head. Aroma of lemon, some grapefruit, slight grain, a little grass and subtle floral hops. Taste of lemon, grapefruit, slight pineapple, some grain, a little grass and subtle floral hops. Light bodied and soft carbonation. A dryish, floral hop bitterness in the finish. A little thin as expected from a 3.5% golden ale but it’s hoppy with citrus and floral notes coming through a light, grainy malt base. Decent.

Solid pale ale. Nice but boring and pretty weak. A good option if you need to be sober
