Cask. Hazy orangeish golden colour, small white head. Aroma is citrus, mild yeast, some spices and wheat. Flavour is spices, wheat, citrus, some zesty notes. Quite typical non-belgian produced witbier. Still refreshing though.

Beese (2733) - Watford, Hertfordshire, ENGLAND - MAY 7, 2014
Cask at the Blacksmith’s Arms, St Albans on 4 May. Poured a cloudy orange, with a nice, dense white head. Aroma was very much in keeping with the style; good dose of cloves and coriander, with notes of wheat and citrus fruit. Flavours were similar, with a soft mouth feel and some tropical fruit flavours in the mix. Finish was straw, pineapple and dry grains. Very pleasantly surprised by this one.

Cask @ OT. Pours hazy orange with a small white head. Sweet, yeasty aroma, altough not as cloying as some belgians tends to be. Notes of orange cest, clove and flour in taste. A strange, but rather nice, hybrid of an English bitter and a belgian wit.
